We have the most amazing Wine Guide to assist us all in our Wine Education. And I bet many of you are probably wondering what there is to really know other than opening a bottle and drinking it. I’ll just say, for many years that’s what I thought too. I mean really, letting Wine breathe? What’s that all about? To be honest, the only thing I thought I knew about wine was, you drink Red Wine with Spaghetti and White Wine with Fish.
